Fast & Delicious! A favorite in our household on a busy weeknight!
Ingredients:
1 pkg chicken tenderloins ( contains 12 strips, which makes two pizza )
1 Jar Franks Red Hot sauce
2 Boboli pizza breads – I prefer the thick crust for this recipe
1 Large pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Add chicken to large skillet with sauce and cook 90% through. transfer to cutting board and chop strips into bite size pieces, add back into pan so the sauce marinates into the cut chicken.
Transfer half the chicken onto each Boboli, drizzling the sauce around the edges so they stay soft and do not burn.
Smother as much cheese as you love – I love a LOT of cheese on this pizza. Cook at 400* about 14 min.
Pizza should be crunchy, but soft to the touch. let cool for 2 min before cutting so the sauce can settle in!
